To ensure a competitive advantage, organizations need an innovative approach to attracting, developing and inspiring their talent and teams.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Statement: The mission of the Center for Diversity and Inclusion is to move people from good intentions to integration of inclusion. We help organizations be inclusive, free of bias and discrimination all whilst educating, training individuals through interactive, experiential methods to move towards safe spaces for dialogue and illicit action.

Who we are

Our leadership are passionate leaders with decades of experience who come from academia, government and the corporate world with a shared goal of helping organizations positively move the dial.

Our assessments, models, training and workshops have been proven to have significant improvement in creating inclusive work environments that galvanize individuals – and of teams towards greater understanding, behavioural change and embracing inclusion in the workplace.
